Appointments, cancellations, and payment

Appointments, cancellations, and payment are handled according to the clinic's booking policies shown in Acuity Scheduling when you book. Our cancellation policy is also described on our FAQ page.

Program name: Pain & Performance Solutions appointment messages.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not required to book an appointment or make a purchase.
