Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in, we send text messages from Pain & Performance Solutions about your appointments. You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our intake form in Acuity Scheduling, our online booking system. We do not collect text message opt-ins through forms on this website.
- Messages are limited to appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to your scheduling questions. We do not send promotional or marketing texts.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of booking an appointment.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent.
How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run scheduling, messaging, and payments (for example, our online scheduler and our text message provider), and only so they can deliver those services to us. We may also share information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
